STRONE is very pleased to co-present the 2017 Habitat for Humanity Halton-Mississauga Golf Classic on Thursday, June 22. STRONE joins FirstService Residential as Presenting Sponsor for this year’s event at Hidden Lake Golf Club in Burlington.
“We’re thrilled to be the presenting sponsor, along with First Service Residential, of the 2017 Habitat Halton-Mississauga Golf Classic,” says Neil Blinco, STRONE’s Co-CEO, Marketing and Sales. “STRONE is committed to helping the organization ensure families in need of a safe and affordable place to live are provided the opportunity to do so in a great community.”
Habitat for Humanity Halton-Mississauga is planning an exciting day for both golfers and sponsors… a 7:30 a.m. shotgun start, great giveaways, a wide selection of silent auction items to bid on, live entertainment, and lunch on the patio overlooking the golf course. This is quickly becoming a golf tournament you won’t want to miss!
100% of the dollars raised will go directly towards the Crew-Goetz Landing Project, an 18-home townhome complex located at 2385 Queensway Dr. in Burlington. This is the largest build Habitat for Humanity Halton-Mississauga has ever undertaken and your support will provide the foundational funding needed for construction to begin later this year!
Perfect your swing with a round of 18 holes of golf, listen to the rhythm of live music and mingle with your fellow golfers and sponsors as you enjoy a Marche-style lunch on the patio overlooking the golf course. Bid on a grand array of silent auction items to raise even more funds for our Crew-Goetz Build Project and take home a unique gift as a “thank you” for supporting safe, decent and affordable housing.
Your green fees include cart, breakfast, lunch, and more!
Individual Registration Fee – $200
Foursome Registration Fee – $800
There are so many additional ways you can get involved. Donate an auction item to raise even more funds at the tournament or become a corporate sponsor. You can even sponsor a volunteer to play on your behalf!
Today, there are over 20,000 families and individuals in need of affordable housing in Halton and Mississauga. However you choose to give, please know that with your support, Habitat can provide a “hand up” not a “hand out” to families and individuals in need. You can make a difference in the lives of those we help for generations to come.
