  • Rapid response, 24 hour emergency service with crews on call at all times
  • Install air cleaning and deodorizing equipment (i.e. air scrubbers and negative air machines with charcoal filter/restorator)
  • Emergency cleaning within hours of initial call to prevent secondary damage and further corrosion from soot including all appliances and fixtures
  • Emergency dry cleaning of necessary clothing to limit damage
  • Emergency pack out of contents from site to prevent further contamination of salvageable items
  • Removal of the fire source and any burnt material to help control odor
  • Thermal fogging to control odor
  • Secure property to make the site safe for work (i.e. temporary fencing around perimeter of loss site; boarding up of floors, windows, doors, etc; temp railings on upper levels; structural support)
  • Attempt recovery of sentimental items from scene
